1. Original Artwork
1.1 Non-Refundable Policy

Original Artwork: All sales of original artwork, including custom or commissioned pieces, are final and non-refundable. Due to the unique and valuable nature of artwork, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once the purchase is completed.

Custom or Commissioned Artwork: Custom creations are non-refundable as they are tailored to individual specifications.
1.2 Secure Packaging Promise
We understand the importance of protecting original artwork during transit. To ensure safe delivery, we promise:

Protective measures (e.g., padding, waterproof layers) to safeguard the piece during shipping.

Collaboration with trusted shipping carriers experienced in handling valuable and fragile items.

2. Merchandise Refunds and Returns
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
Refunds or returns for merchandise (excluding artwork) are accepted under the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
2.2 Return Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
3. Digital Products (Downloads or Virtual Content)
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable, except in the following cases:

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Orders for merchandise can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are not permitted.
6.2 Artwork Orders
Orders for original artwork, including custom or commissioned pieces, cannot be canceled once the purchase has been made.
6.3 Event Tickets
Tickets to performances or workshops cannot be canceled or refunded unless the event is canceled or rescheduled (see Section 5).
